"Food and Wine Pairings"  presented by Chef Francois de Melogue
"Grand Cru Grapes: a Global interpretation" presented by Evan Goldstein, MS

At the Grand Tasting you will have the opportunity to meet winemakers one on one and taste hundreds of Alsace-style white wines while enjoying perfectly paired bites crafted by locally renowned chefs in our unique Anderson Valley setting.
